About Pre-orders

If you are unfamiliar with pre-orders, please take time to read and understand all the details before placing your order.

1. Don't rush! The pre-order will not sell out, and you don't need your fast fingers like during a drop. You'll have a whole week to make your choices once the window is open.

2. Fully read the item descriptions because the photos are of prototypes, some of which are not the exact configurations that are available. We will make clear in each product page if there is a deviation from what you see in the photo, so just take note.

3. How it works: A pre-order means you pay up front, before the knives are manufactured. These are not custom knives, but factory-produced to Greg's strict specifications. Our OEM partner, Bestech, has done the previous runs of Strix, so if you have handled one of those, you know the quality. If this is your first one, you're in for a treat! Literally months of R&D has gone into getting the details dialed on these babies. Production takes about six months. When the pre-order period closes, we send our big order with payment to Bestech, and they get to work. We expect delivery of Strix round 3 to be roughly December 2025.

4. Pre-orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable during the period of production. Once you receive your goods, normal warranty/return policies apply.

5. This is important: Please make sure your pre-order order contains only items listed on the pre-order page. So, the Strix, and Strix accessories. If you order other stuff in the same order, like a t-shirt for example, it's all going to ship together, as in six months from now.

6. International shipping: Please make sure you fill out your information completely, including your legal name and phone number. International shipping is at your own risk. I cannot guarantee customs clearance. Know your local laws. For more information, see the policy page
