Custom Knife Warranty and Returns

I offer a limited lifetime transferable warranty for custom knives against defects in materials or craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Modifications
• Attempted repairs. (e.g., stripped screws, excess use of thread locker, improper sharpening.) 

Warranty Process:
I will evaluate all claims once the knife is inspected in person to determine eligibility. Repairs for non-warranty issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis for an agreed-upon fee. 

Returns:
Returns on custom knives are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will only be processed after the knife is returned, inspected, and deemed to be in “new condition.” Refunds will exclude any incurred fees (e.g., payment processing, or taxes). 

Production Knife Warranty and Returns

Production knives include a 1-month non-transferable warranty starting from the delivery date, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Modifications
• Attempted repairs (e.g., stripped screws, excess use of thread locker, improper sharpening)

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed after inspection and confirmation that the knife is in “new condition.” Refunds will exclude any incurred fees (e.g., payment processing, or taxes). 

Note: Production knives are limited-run items, and replacement parts may not be available.

Kansept / Tenable Collaborations

Kansept and Tenable collaboration knives are products of Kansept Knives and fall under their warranty policies. For warranty details, please refer to the information packet provided with your knife or visit Kansept Knives Warranty. and Tenable Knives 

Returns:

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable,  during the pre-order period. This is because once you commit to the pre-order funds are allocated directly to manufacturing.

Once the knives are delivered, standard 1-month warranty and 48 hour return policies (as outlined above) will apply.
